PODKARPACIE. Na Zamku w Krasiczynie odbyła się 35. edycja międzynarodowej konferencji „Europa Karpat”. Rozmawiano przede wszystkim o współpracy państw regionu w obliczu kryzysu wywołanego agresją Rosji na Ukrainę. Ta perspektywa, była również motywem przewodnim panelu z cyklu „Kobiety Karpat”, w ramach którego debatowano o strategicznych wyzwaniach i fundamentalnej roli kobiety w całym procesie. Tematyka trzydniowego (24 – 26 lutego) spotkania w Krasiczynie, tradycyjnego miejsca konferencji Europa Karpat, koncentrowała się wokół współpracy państw regionu w obliczu kryzysu wywołanego agresją Rosji na Ukrainę. Refleksji poddano miejsce i rolę Europy Środkowej w międzynarodowym układzie bezpieczeństwa oraz wsparciu i odbudowie Ukrainy na drodze do Unii Europejskiej. Debatowano także m.in. o edukacji przyszłości i cyfryzacji, rozwoju komunikacji w Europie Środkowej, bezpieczeństwie żywnościowym i dyplomacji parlamentarnej.
Panel z cyklu „Kobiety Karpat”: najważniejsze wyzwania.
Inwazja Rosji niesie ze sobą ogromne koszty klimatyczne i przyrodnicze. Zniszczono duże powierzchnie lasów, w wyniku działań wojennych doszło do uwolnienia ponad 33 mln ton gazów cieplarnianych. Podczas Konwencji Karpackiej w Rzeszowie w październiku 2033 r. w ramach polskiej prezydencji tej organizacji przedstawiony został raport dot. szkód środowiskowych w Karpatach spowodowanych działaniami wojennymi, a jego wnioski posłużą do oceny potrzeb i wypracowania mechanizmów możliwego wsparcia materiałowego i finansowego dla Ukrainy.
Agresja Rosji spowodowała śmierć tysięcy ofiar cywilnych, wewnętrzne przesiedlenie oraz emigrację ponad 13 mln osób. Pociągnęła za sobą również ogromne straty materialne, obejmujące zniszczenia budynków mieszkalnych i infrastruktury, w tym energetycznej. Wszystko to co ludzie chcą zachować, mnożyć – powiedziała ukraińska deputowana Ołena Kopanchuk. – Kobieta ukraińska jest silna siłą każdej polskiej kobiety. Cały czas jesteśmy ze sobą w kontakcie. Pierwsze ciepłe objęcia, które otrzymał naród ukraiński były od polskich kobiet. Będziemy o tym pamiętać w każdej chwili. Stale nam pomagacie, relacje między ukraińskimi i polskimi kobietami pozwalają nam łączyć świat – zaznaczyła wiceprzewodnicząca Komisji Budżetowej Rady Najwyższej.

Bardzo mocno zburzone zostało poczucie bezpieczeństwa, również społecznego, psychologicznego. Naszą rolą jest solidarność, jako kobiety rozumiemy się i czujemy tę empatię. W trudnych sytuacjach potrafimy sobie radzić. Wiedzą, doświadczeniem i tym co mamy. Przygotowujemy się, że Ukraina wygra, a pokój na świecie to przede wszystkim szacunek do drugiego człowieka, zrozumienie – podkreśliła Agnieszka Ścigaj, minister ds. integracji społecznej.
