Prezydent Siemianowic Śląskich, Rafał Piech zabrał głos w sprawie najnowszych unijnych wytycznych dotyczących żywności. Wskazał iż mączka z owadów, która dotychczas była składnikiem karm i pasz zwierzęcych, od tego roku może znajdować się także w żywności przeznaczonej dla ludzi. Zaapelował, aby Polacy zdali sobie sprawę z tego, co dzieje się na świecie i obudzili się.
